Mr Joseph is an educational consultant and former deputy headteacher of a school with 1800 students. Throughout his career he has led on the rapid progress in the journey of schools in three London boroughs and a school in Essex: these schools include Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ schools which attained ‘World Class Schools’ status, to schools moving from Ofsted’s ‘Special Measures’ criteria to ‘Good’ in 15 months of him joining. He has been directly approached to lead in schools in difficulty and has consistently led schools to ‘Good’ judgements.
He holds a national professional qualification in headship (NPQH), a Masters in English Education and a BA in English and American Literature. He is also a Chartered Educational Assessor, a fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching and a former writer for the SSAT (School, Students and Teacher’s Network).
