Non-Executive Directors
She has worked across the Middle East, North America, Europe, and Africa. Named one of the top 25 Black entrepreneurs to watch in 2024 by Black Business Show x HSBC, Hayley’s story has been shared on some of the world’s most prestigious stages, including Wembley Arena, Oslo Spektrum, and the U.K. Houses of Parliament.
Passionate about bridging generational gaps and empowering women in leadership— particularly across the MENA region—Hayley has partnered with leading organisations such as Google MENA, META MENA, MBC, Microsoft, Wagamama, JP Morgan, IBM, and many more.
She also leads The Equipped Movement—a ministry that supports Christians globally in boldly walking out their God-given callings. Equipped focuses on biblically, spiritually, and practically training believers to influence both culture and the marketplace. Through regular gatherings and teachings, Hayley equips the Body of Christ to shine in dark spaces and fulfil their marketplace mandate with boldness and clarity.
In addition to her global impact, Hayley serves as a Non-Executive Director at The Light Christian School in the UK, where she brings her passion for faith-based leadership and generational empowerment to the next generation of leaders
Sterling also works alongside his wife, international speaker and author Hayley Mulenda, building businesses and impacting lives across the globe. Together, they are committed to equipping the next generation through faith, leadership, and innovation.
Sterling is passionate about helping men heal and become whole—so they can lead powerfully in their work, families, and God-given assignments.
As a Non-Executive Director, Sterling brings insight, wisdom, accountancy, and strategy, along with a heart for the next generation—helping contribute to the generational impact behind the vision of The Light Christian School.
