Pupil Leadership Opportunities
We offer a variety of leadership roles suited for students of all ages and abilities. They are led by an elected President and Vice President. These include:
- School Council Representatives: Pupils elected by their peers to represent their class, discussing ideas and issues that impact the school.
- Sport Captains: Leaders who support school sports and help organise and facilitate PE lessons, competitions and events.
- Peer and Wellbeing Mentors: Pupils who help new and existing pupils feel included and supported.
- Logistics Leaders: Pupils responsible for assisting with break, lunch time and trip logistics
- Reading Ambassadors: Pupils who assist with book organisation, encourage reading throughout the school and model reading to younger pupils
How We Support Our Leaders
We provide training and guidance for all pupil leaders to help them succeed in their roles. Teachers and staff offer ongoing support, ensuring that pupils develop the skills they need to lead with confidence and make a positive impact.
